With regard to scientific partners and experts, a selective acquisition and networking strategy is also pursued in line with current needs.

On the one hand, there is a need for training and further education, where experts who can contribute input and know-how or give lectures on selected topics are specifically approached and invited in order to ensure the best possible transfer of knowledge and quality of lectures. In the course of the research projects and initiatives, the need for networking and cooperation arises from the content of the respective projects.
